Join
An unlaunched concept for discovering city events, bringing people and organisers together.
Join is an event and activity publishing, discovery, and ticketing app concept. I worked on the idea for quite a while, but it did not launch.
The concept brings recreational events and organisers together with attendees. It includes event creation, ticket selling, management and checking, and one-to-one and group communication between businesses and customers.
For locals and travellers, Join would help discover what a city has to offer. Its social features would let friends discover and share events together.
The planned implementation used Flutter and a relational database backend. The scope became very complex; the designs remain a record of the idea and exploration.
