A car-parts marketplace for the UAE, connecting customers, vendors, and operations.
AgoraParts is a car-parts multivendor marketplace built from scratch for the UAE market. It was described on my original portfolio as a work in progress.
The marketplace is an integrated solution: the customer-facing site, vendor dashboard, and internal admin backoffice share one application. This improves development efficiency and keeps iteration close to the product.
As architect, I chose the Next.js T3 stack. tRPC API development makes strong use of TypeScript, while a monolithic structure supports the speed and agility needed during MVP development.
The original architecture leaves room for future separation: server logic could move into Nest.js and eventually split into services. These are possible evolutions, rather than claims about the current implementation.
